After years working with large enterprise clients at Amazon Web Services, I made a leap I’d been dreaming about for a long time — becoming a small business owner.Today, I help lead T‑Shirts by Design, a custom apparel studio based in Anacortes, WA, where we create screen-printed, embroidered, and direct-to-film apparel for schools, businesses, teams, and organizations across the region and state.We focus on thoughtful design, clear communication, and making the process easy — whether that’s spirit wear for students, branded gear for local companies, or custom merch for events. My background in tech shaped how I approach the business: customer-first thinking, strong operations, and a constant drive to improve systems and workflows. That foundation now supports everything from production planning to helping customers bring their ideas to life.I studied business finance and marketing at Montana State University, and I’m equally energized by big-picture strategy and the small details — from refining artwork to making sure every crewneck comes off the press just right.Always excited to connect with people building meaningful things.

I lead business operations, sales strategy, and customer experience—focused on growing our footprint while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that have defined the brand. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film printing, offering tailored solutions for both small-batch and high-volume orders. My role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning as we modernize systems, streamline production, and build long-term partnerships in the community and beyond.
