As part of the People Team, I support our HR Ops Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, and CPO to ensure smooth operations and meaningful moments for our employees.My responsibilities include- Providing first-line support for people-related queries and administrative needs- Managing key processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll input, and compliance- Supporting performance cycles, learning & development activities, and culture-building initiatives- Leveraging tools like Workday to maintain data accuracy and provide actionable insights- Ensuring our recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes are seamless and people-centred.
