As Customer Marketing Lead, I head up a high-performing team of Customer Marketing Managers and Executives, delivering insight-led, commercially impactful activation strategies across Pernod Ricard UK’s Spirits, and Champagne portfolio. My role spans four critical On Trade channels: Groups, RTM, Field Sales, and Prestige.I am responsible for shaping and executing channel marketing plans that align brand ambition with customer strategy—delivering award-winning campaigns that build brand equity, drive advocacy, and convert consumer engagement into tangible results. At the core of my role is understanding the consumer path to purchase and leveraging this insight to create disruptive, creative activation across key flagship venues and city-centre locations nationwide.I manage the On- Trade A&P budget, ensuring investment efficiency and ROI evaluation at every stage. My remit also includes the development of national toolkits, strategic sell-in collateral, digital amplification plans, and the management of agency and partner relationships. From ideation through to execution and performance reporting, I lead a team committed to setting new standards in On Trade customer marketing.I work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—from brand, advocacy and experiential, to procurement, finance and external agencies—to bring bold, entrepreneurial thinking to life in market. Together, we push boundaries, create memorable brand moments, and deliver measurable growth for our customers and Pernod Ricard’s leading portfolio.
