ABOUT ISABELLE TRASK

I specialize in creating people systems and processes that scale. Over the past six years, I’ve worked across HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, Onboarding, Talent Management, and HRIS — giving me a full-lifecycle understanding of how people move through an organization and how systems can support (or hinder) their experience.I’ve always been drawn to improving how people interact with environments and systems. I even studied city planning before finding my way into People Operations, and that background still shapes how I think about structure, clarity, and user experience.I’ve redesigned enterprise onboarding programs, automated high-volume recruiting workflows, implemented employee engagement and recognition programs, helped mature performance and talent cycles in Workday, and now contribute to the integration of multiple organizations into a unified systems foundation. Across all of it, my approach is people-centered, detail-minded, and grounded in thoughtful, clear design.At my core, I love making the messy feel manageable — building processes and systems that help teams work with clarity, confidence, and ease.
