In today’s fast-paced world, geographical barriers pose no threat to international careers and business expansions. However, our individual luggage - a suitcase full of values & believes and our very own cultural lens - can make working across borders cumbersome. This is exactly where cross-cultural training comes into play. I, Isabelle Roske, China expert, intercultural trainer, facilitator & consultant, make cross-cultural learning seamless. With over 3 years of hands-on experience bridging cultures and almost 10 years of in-depth engagement with mainland China, I successfully facilitate connection, understanding, and exchange between East and West. My knowledge and proficiency in this field stem from an educational background in Chinese studies (BA) & International Business (MA), a certification in intercultural training as well as long and diverse experience on the European & Asian continent.My vision to bridge the cultural gap has gone far and wide: I provide business trainings on intercultural communication, hold workshops on global education and teach German language classes to Chinese and international students. Around 4 years in many different regions of China allowed me to acquire a wealth of knowledge about the Chinese culture and language, which I am able to speak fluently. I have translated various Chinese news articles, marketing and educational documents, and even a Chinese video game. My interpretation skills amazed a live audience of 4 million during an on-stage interview broadcast of the PUBG Mobile Global Finals 2019. I have embarked on this beautiful journey to facilitate connection, understanding and exchange between different cultures and I love what I do.I’m currently operating from Germany, offering digital and offline services.
