My role as Account Manager involves building and developing strong partnerships with a portfolio of clients across a number of verticals (primarily fashion ecommerce). • Current clients I’m working with include Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Virgin, Boden, Karl Lagerfeld, Kontoor & • I am the primary point of contact for my clients across all agency services, developing strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally. I focus on managing delivery of projects across performance marketing channels in a timely, consistent and commercially conscious manner. • I confidently chair meetings across teams and with clients, helping drive multichannel strategy and identifying cross-channel growth opportunities. • Project management of tasks by having a multichannel view of priorities across my client portfolio, working across multiple departments as well as independently to manage priorities and ensure deadlines are met. • My role also involves supporting with the creation of pitch proposals, resource planning and billing.
