As the Data Migration Reconciliation Lead within AVEVA’s global Finance Transformation Programme, I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end ETLR (Extract, Transform, Load, Reconcile) lifecycle of commercial and financial data into Oracle Fusion ERP and other business-critical systems.Key responsibilities:Define and manage the scope of data migration, including master, standing, and transactional dataLead workshops with business stakeholders to establish source-to-target data mappingsCoordinate data extraction from legacy systems such as SAP Business World, Microsoft Navision, and SalesforceOversee data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment processesPerform iterative commercial and financial reconciliations to ensure data integrityCollaborate with Oracle implementation partners (CTS) for data load and validation cyclesManage data defects and ensure timely resolutionProvide regular status updates, dashboards, and documentation to support programme governanceLiaise with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, PMO, Master Data, UAT, and Change ManagementThis role combines deep functional expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, international transformation environment.
