Körber Digital is one of four Business Areas of Körber, an international technology group with over employees across the world. Körber Digital leads the digital transformation of the Group and scales software and technology companies for AI-powered manufacturing efficiency.As Head of People & Culture, I manage global People & Talent Acquisition functions for a diverse team of over 400 employees, leading a dedicated team of up to 13 across Germany and Portugal within a matrix organization. In close partnership with the CEO and the leadership team, I drive HR strategy, talent management, and organizational alignment to support our growth and transformation objectives.My role focuses on driving change management and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance. I provide coaching to leadership and create tailored solutions for individual and team development that align with our culture and goals. Additionally, I implement cost-effective systems to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies and values, supporting Körber Digital’s mission of AI-powered efficiency and excellence in manufacturing.
