Working on carbon data, social value and environment plans for the rail sector.I split my time between the central Sustainability and Environment teams for Siemens Mobility UKI. For the Sustainability team, I have evaluated and revised their CSR strategy for the new financial year in order to enhance capabilities to engage employees in volunteering and fundraising opportunities. This resulted in me leading a volunteering campaign across the business which built multiple new charity connections in order to support strategic social value delivery. I am also working on volunteering comms to drive this change.For the Environment team, I have undertaken training in the ISO 14064 standard and have been working on carbon accounting for the new financial year. This involves stakeholder engagement, data management & analysis and rapidly learning how to track emissions according to the GHG protocol. Excitingly, I supported and facilitated the development of the company\'s Carbon Reduction Plan. To bridge the two teams, I have been aiding in the development of a Net Zero Action Plan.
