After 6 years in the database and data-modelling areas, I joined Amadeus in in the Production Management and Support groups. All those years brought me various challenges, from building a full Production environment from scratch, with its guidelines and rules, to managing changes and risk assessment on platforms used by worldwide professional customers or on softwares providing the Airlines fares to all Amadeus customers.Continuation to the Customer Satisfaction Program and to the Airlines IT Global Customer Care was the natural follow-up of a career dedicated to bring our customers a first class support.Moving to the Security Office for Airport IT and Airlines Operations will keep this customer spirit and even more support and protect them in regards to their critical businesses.
