ABOUT ISABELLE BELANSKY
How can business leaders take initiative to help industries work toward environmental sustainability? As a management and sustainable business major at the Kelley School of Business, I’m exploring what it means to be a socially responsible business leader. As Vice President of Engagement for IU Hillel, I’ve developed strong relationship-building skills by connecting with students and enhancing my intrapersonal skills. This role has also allowed me to practice my teamwork and decision-making skills through executive board meetings and event planning. In my free time, I enjoy exploring my surroundings by shopping at small businesses, taking walks on trails, and conversing with locals. This has led to my passion for travel. Through experiential opportunities, I’ve explored new cultures, which I believe provides beneficial learning as a global citizen and future business leader. An important aspect of travel to me is sustainability. I’m curious about how differing communities and cultures implement sustainable practices and how they shape their businesses and everyday lives.Feel free to connect with me, or reach out at i••••••••@gmail.com.
