I am Isabelle Alamilla, a driven and passionate double major in Business Management and Business Analytics, with a specialization in data analysis and strategic problem-solving. With a keen interest in using data to drive organizational change and improve business performance, I’ve established myself as a collaborative leader capable of turning insights into impact.As the driving force behind a university-wide initiative at Seattle University, I led the State of the Undergraduate Student Survey, using data to uncover insights that shaped strategic decisions at the highest level of university leadership. Presenting directly to the Board of Trustees and Regents, I demonstrated my ability to translate analytics into actionable outcomes — a skillset I’m excited to bring into the consulting world.Beyond the classroom, I served as Student Body President during my junior year, a testament to my commitment to leadership and cross-functional collaboration. I’ve also co-chaired the Jesuit Student Government Alliance, where I managed diverse initiatives across institutions nationwide and built consensus among a wide range of stakeholders.I’m especially drawn to environments where strategy, data, and people intersect — and where my curiosity, initiative, and analytical mindset can contribute to meaningful results.
