About Isabella Remor
I am currently a Policy Program Associate in the Research to Action Lab at the Urban Institute. The Lab draws on the breadth and depth of Urban’s research insights to test new strategies; develop cutting-edge tools, programs, and trainings; and provide strategic advice to public, philanthropic, nonprofit, and private-sector leaders. In the Lab, I work with local government agencies, nonprofit agencies, and philanthropic organizations to translate research into practical insights and actionable strategies for changemakers and to provide technical assistance. I works on various projects in the fields of housing, climate resilience, inclusive growth, and upward mobility. Before joining Urban, I worked at a public affairs strategy firm, where I worked with various organizations to promote clean energy strategies, support a university research collaboration, and advocate for bail reforms in New York and Mississippi. I received my BA in political science from New York University and am pursuing a Master\'s in Public Policy at Georgetown University\'s McCourt School of Public Policy.
