At Method Communications, I serve as a Public Relations Associate dedicated to supporting Salesforce across a wide range of teams and initiatives- Competitive PR: Lead research on competitors and spokespeople within the broader tech and AI ecosystem; draft detailed recaps of competitor earnings calls, keynotes, and industry events; and contribute to the development of competitive messaging strategies- Impact Communications: Shape narratives highlighting Salesforce’s commitments to sustainability, education, and philanthropy- Corporate Communications: Support internal and external communications tied to employee success, equality, workplace culture, and real estate services- Product, Technology & Ecosystem: Provide PR support across Salesforce product lines and industries, including Financial Services, Public Sector, SMBs, Marketing Cloud, Life Sciences, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Retail Cloud. This includes event support for major gatherings such as Salesforce CNX, TDX, and World Tour New York- Technical & Agentforce Storytelling: Partner with the technical communications team, contributing to messaging and storytelling for Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and a leading force in the evolving AI ecosystem.In my role, I provide end-to-end account support spanning messaging development, research and analysis, briefing documents, media monitoring, event recaps, and organizational coordination. I also play an active role in media relations, where I draft pitches, build media lists, secure reporter engagement, and manage ongoing journalist outreach. This year, I\'m part of the team supporting Dreamforce, one of the largest technology conferences in the world.As one of the few Method team members solely dedicated to Salesforce, I help connect the dots across the broader communications team, ensuring consistency, alignment, and impact across business lines.
