About Isabella Hill

I\'m Isabella, a rising senior at Auburn University pursuing a degree in Law and Justice through the College of Liberal Arts with minors in Environmental Law and Entrepreneurship & Family Business. I plan to graduate in May 2027 and attend law school that fall to earn my Juris Doctor.I’ve always had a passion for solving puzzles. I\'m an inherent learner, always trying to find the answer to the next question and then asking why the answer is what it is. This curiosity, along with my love of writing and English, has channeled into a passion for the legal system. A field that is constantly evolving and simultaneously demands both precision and a unique perspective. The idea of continually learning the law, how to interpret it, apply it, and understand its impact, is one of the most enticing things to me about pursuing a legal career.Studying Law and Justice at Auburn has only strengthened this passion. I’ve deeply enjoyed engaging with the complexities and nuances of the law at multiple levels, from understanding theories to application. Additionally, through my minor in Entrepreneurship & Family Business, I’ve been able to merge creativity and ambition with the legal system’s emphasis on problem-solving, research, and strategic thinking. This is an intersection that feels both challenging and energizing to perfectly merge both sides of my brain.At Auburn, I’ve explored this interest both academically and through leadership. I serve on the Student Government Association Elections Board and Lobby Board, and I’m the Director of Recruitment Information for my sorority, where I’ve strengthened my advocacy, communication, and data-informed decision-making skills. Beyond campus, I work with the Arthritis Foundation as a National and Local Connect Group Facilitator, where I get to foster meaningful community, and I serve as a College Ambassador for The Pour Over, sharing thoughtful, faith-based news with my peers.This past summer, I worked in a law office as a Legal Runner and Office Assistant, gaining hands-on exposure to legal processes and office operations. This experience sparked a new joy in my pursuit of a Juris Doctor as I was inspired by the strong sense of community and relationships built with clients. I’m excited to continue growing through future opportunities in the legal and political fields and would love to connect at War Eagle!
