   I support the Senior Producer in the seamless execution of seasonal campaign photoshoots. This includes collaborating with a wide range of external partners in the retail industry to hire the necessary talent and crew—such as models, photographers, and stylists—to ensure the photoshoot’s success. I work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Fashion Director to bring the photoshoot vision to life, assisting in the storyboarding process by contributing to the selection of locations, talent, props, and crew.One of my key responsibilities is managing the Real Good People (RGP) Program, an initiative designed to recognize and celebrate individuals and organizations that make a positive impact within their communities. Through this program, we highlight stories of leadership, hard work, and individuals who go above and beyond to connect with others. In this capacity, I research potential candidates—including individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies—that align with the brand and upcoming seasonal campaigns. I manage these relationships, overseeing the production of creative content that highlights their stories, working closely with teams across PR, Social, Creative, and Events to share these impactful narratives.On shoot days, I manage all logistical elements to ensure the day runs smoothly, keeping the production on schedule and ensuring that all necessary components are in place. This includes location scouting, where I draw on my knowledge of global venues to quickly and effectively facilitate logistics and secure ideal locations.Additionally, I support in managing the campaign production budgets, from quarterly budget planning and financial tracking to invoicing, expense reconciliation, and ongoing monitoring of budget spending. I am proactive in ensuring that productions stay within budget while maintaining the high quality expected from the brand.
