About Isabella Frediani
In 2018, at the age of 22, I embarked on a transformative journey towards becoming a women\'s health coach. It all started with my decision to stop with birth control, unaware that this choice would become a pivotal moment in my life. Over the span of five years, I discovered I had PCOS, SIBO, and Leaky Gut. The path to healing from digestive issues and achieving remission from PCOS became a profound experience for me. This health journey ignited my passion for sharing my story and a deep desire to support women who have often been treated merely as symptoms rather than individuals.
