I work one-on-one with non-verbal children and other developmentally challenged toddlers, ages 2–5, providing play-based therapy in both home and school environments. Using positive reinforcement and prompting strategies, I support the development of verbal communication, as well as fine and gross motor skills. I track progress daily by recording and graphing data on an iPad, maintain strong relationships with families, and collaborate biweekly with my supervisor to ensure individualized goals are being met.
