About Isabella Martino
Passionate about community engagement and storytelling, I currently serve as the Alumni Relations Coordinator at Palmer Trinity School, where I lead alumni communications, curate publications, and plan large-scale events that strengthen school spirit and legacy. With a background in psychology and a deep commitment to advocacy, I’m thrilled to be starting my legal education as an incoming 1L at FIU College of Law this fall. My goal is to pursue a career in family law, where I can support children and families through challenging transitions with empathy and integrity.

Collaborate with senior staff and faculty to drive alumni engagement through innovative programming and event development.• Organize and implement alumni events and activities, such as reunions across various states, fundraising initiatives, and community-building efforts.• Collaborate with the Director of Development on alumni donor management—prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship—to increase alumni participation, achieving the school’s highest level of alumni engagement in the Annual Fund in 2023.• Enhance fundraising efforts with initiatives like the Annual March Madness Alumni Giving Challenge, where Palmer Trinity graduates compete in decade-based “teams” in a three-week campaign.• Serve as staff liaison for the Alumni Board, leading six annual meetings, overseeing board expansion, and directing board activities.• Collaborate with departments such as Parent Relations and College Counseling to execute school-wide events, including the International Festival, holiday parties, and college mentorship programs for senior students.• Work with the Communications Office to develop and implement print and digital alumni communications, including the Aerie magazine, monthly newsletters, and website content.Manage the Alumni section of the school website and Alumni social media accounts.
