ABOUT ISABELLA LIU
I’m a Stanford M.S. candidate in Community Health and Prevention Research, transitioning from a clinical background in Speech-Language Pathology into healthcare strategy and quantitative analysis. I’m interested in how epidemiology, health economics, and real-world evidence can inform better decisions in patient access, market adoption, and health system performance.My current work includes decision-analytic modeling for newborn screening, R-based data analysis in clinical research, and the application of epidemiologic methods to assess bias, causality, and evidence quality. Through this training, I am building a strong foundation in structured problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making for healthcare and life sciences, with additional interest in maternal and child health topics.
