My responsibilities include- Conducting thorough patient intakes, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints- Performing diagnostic procedures such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) tests, and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)- Accurately measuring and documenting blood pressure and other key health metrics- Assisting the Physician Assistant (PA) or Doctor with reviewing and communicating test results to patients- Documenting skin cancer screenings on a body map as the Physician Assistant completes full-body skin exams- Managing EHR workflows, including charting, clinical notes, and follow-up documentation- Contacting patients for test results, appointment reminders, and ongoing care coordination
