I am currently working as a Reception Hostess for Tattu Restaurants. As the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant, it is imperative that I present myself to an upmost professional standard as I am representing the brand as a whole. My role involves greeting guests, checking them in on our system and inviting them to their table. I make sure each and every guests’ needs are heard, and ensure to accommodate them for every need possible. This role requires a confident, amicable individual who is adaptable and willing to take on new tasks and challenges that a job in hospitality delivers every day. I am thoroughly enjoying this role thus far.
