As a Marketing Summer Intern at The Connell Company, I support a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands-Grain & Cane, Fieldhouse, The Park, Table & Banter, and Round Table Studios-through strategic digital marketing and hands-on content creation. I will be managing and scheduling multi platform social media content, filming and editing videos for events and campaigns, and regularly posting on Instagram Stories. I also will be conducting trend research, pitching creative content ideas, and in the process of building an influencer database focused on New Jersey-based creators. In addition, I will be organizing and tracking incoming inquiries, promoting events across local forums, assisting with editing weekly menus and event signage. This experience will enhanced my skills in social media strategy, brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and community engagement within the hospitality industry.
