   In my current role at PCI, I am responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, each covering multiple SKUs, as well as a small team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. I work daily to interface with internal teams to develop timelines for procurement, packaging, and documentation to meet customer demands. This involves leading alignment for internal functional groups on task priorities and timelines, and maintaining customer relationships in order to ensure positive and productive collaboration. I have worked on multiple commercial launches in my time at PCI, which requires close work with the Validation, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.Ongoing tasks include:• Creating and driving timelines for preparation, packaging, and release of commercial products• Hosting weekly client status calls to cover current and future packaging timelines and priorities• Leading collaboration between internal and external teams to find creative solutions to problems• Ensuring all potential revenue is captured across customer accounts
