Hi! My name is Isabella Del Chiaro and I am currently an Information Systems student here at the University of Florida. I’m passionate about the space where people and technology meet, and I love roles that let me connect with others, solve problems, and make things work better.As a proud first-generation college student, the First Generation Leadership Program played a big role in shaping who I am. It gave me community, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose in everything I pursue. I carry that with me today as a member of Delta Sigma Pi, where I get to grow alongside driven students who share my ambition and values.My internship at Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon also had a huge impact on me. Managing sensitive data for 130+ employees and coordinating with 50+ stakeholders across nine departments taught me how much strong communication, organization, and teamwork matter and how much I enjoy being in environments where collaboration is key.I’m excited about opportunities that let me blend my interest in technology with building relationships, especially in tech sales and client-facing roles. At the end of the day, I care about learning, connecting with people, and contributing to teams with positivity and purpose.

   Delta Sigma Pi is a nationally recognized professional co-ed business fraternity.• Selected amongst a pool of competitive candidates to participate in a 6-week program to further professional development and personal growth surrounding topics including interviewing skills, positive networking, teamwork, and community service.• Collaborated alongside a team of 3 other pledges to coordinate and execute a data analytics based project focused on a retail company \"TechTonic Retailers\", analyzing datasets to uncover insights, trends, and potential areas of improvement for the company.• Organized and led a professional panel event featuring 5 industry experts to provide career insight for my pledge class.
