As a Project Partner with the Fung Fellowship, I collaborated with the UCSF Opioid Industry Documents Archive (OIDA) to design and execute a public health social media campaign that translates complex litigation documents into accessible digital content. To bridge data with human storytelling, I contributed to our overarching content strategy by conducting qualitative interviews with recovery advocates and designing engaging Instagram Reels and carousels. To maximize our impact, I also assisted in iterative A/B user testing, leveraging engagement metrics to optimize our visual design and significantly increase watch-through rates. Ultimately, this cross-functional effort culminated in presenting our interactive digital prototypes and user research findings at a university symposium.
