Develop Cartier business across retail & wholesale channels, to fully implement Cartier strategy in allthe touchpoints (currently in charge of Montenapoleone Flagship Boutique and 18 pos in North-West Italy)• Manage and develop the current network, identifying opportunities to maximize business throughpartnerships and potential new collaborations• Provide direction and leadership to Boutique Manager and staff to ensure consistent performanceand high-quality customer service, managing operations, CRM, VM, SDP and HR topics tofulfill client satisfaction• Set and monitor budgets/retail KPIs to ensure expenses are managed effectively• Manage the commercial relationship with watch specialists’ network, ensuring that budget,stock/assortment, training, events and CRM targets are met
