About Isabella Abdullah
I’m a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (Class of 2024), where I focused on transactional work through the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law program. Originally from Chicago, I transferred to Miami Law to build hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and sports/entertainment law. My recent legal background bridges sports, arts, fashion, and intellectual property law, providing a versatile foundation in both transactional work and brand protection. At Roc Nation Sports in NYC, I worked on endorsement deals, NDAs, NIL compliance, FTC guidelines, publicity rights, and explored the emerging impact of artificial intelligence. I also gained trademark experience at Puppies and Golf, and currently serve as a legal extern at Jayaram Law, where I focus on trademark strategy in the arts and fashion sectors, including office action responses, clearance and usage searches, and brand protection matters. As a former Division I athlete, I bring a competitive work ethic, adaptability, and a team-first mindset to my practice. I am eager to leverage my experience to contribute to opportunities in the intellectual property or business legal sectors.
