I am an experienced trained Master Chef with more than 20 years of Professional Experience in Hospitality and the Foodservice Industry. Recently I joined a well established Supplier for frozen Vegetables, including the well known Brand Westfro and the innovation driven Brand Marie Thumas. My Role is a hybrid Function of Sales Representative & Culinary Advisor for the german Foodservice Market.I have a well established Network within the Foodservice Industry across all Levels as well with Key Stakeholders within Key Endcustomer and Route to Markets and a deep Understanding of the German Market.My Goal is to delight Dicofoods customers with innovative and delicious Recipes of our Marie Thumas Brand that exceed their Expectations and meet their Needs. I use my skills in Sales and Application Consulting to present and implement tailor-made Solutions for various Channels and End Customers. In Addition, I am also a certified German Wine Consultant ( DWI), with a WSET L2 ( Wine Spirit & Education Trust) as well as a trained Assistant Sommelier ( IHK) who enjoys sharing her passion for Wine with others.In addition to my Professional Work, I am also a dedicated CrossFit Level 2 trainer with more than 7 years of Experience in CrossFit and Small Group Coaching and Weightlifting. I love motivating and supporting people to achieve their Fitness Goals and have fun exercising. I also work on a Voluntary Basis as a Member of the German Chefs Association for over a Decade now.
