ABOUT ISABEL KEPPEL

I am a Senior Planning Manager at Sovereign Network Group (formerly Sovereign Housing Association) leading on planning matters in our West Region as we progress our ambitious growth strategy to deliver high quality affordable homes and places that provide the foundation for a better quality of life for our customers. Prior to this I was an Associate Director at CBRE most recently based in the Bristol office and leading the South West Planning business having previously worked in the London CBRE Planning team for many years. I began my career at Arup in Bristol before moving to London to study for my MSc in Spatial Planning at UCL. I then worked at AECOM in London before joining CBRE\'s London planning team in 2014. I have significant experience across all sectors, project scales and stages in the planning process and have a particular interest and passion for urban regeneration, residential, mixed-use, education and student housing projects. Notable project experience includes working on the multi award winning North West Cambridge Urban Extension (Eddington) for the University of Cambridge; the Kodak Factory redevelopment for Land Securities within the London Borough of Harrow; the RTPI award winning Park East (Arthur Street) Estate Regeneration project within the London Borough of Bexley for Wates and Orbit Housing Association and major regeneration sites within the Old Kent Road.I am a mental health first aider and guest lecturer in Urban Planning at the University of West of England.
