About meI am Magnetic Designer. I love to connect people. My biggest strength is the ability to build meaningful relationships with people from any background. I care about people and people who work well together, who enjoy and have fun but also share a vision and commitment achieve greater stuff. I’m great at listening and integrating everybody’s point of view and bringing enough of a personal and social to the work. –What inspires me?People inspire me. What do I do?I\'m proud to call my self a designer. I facilitate solutions. Through my experience in Consulting, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, I pursue my passion for Innovation & Human Center Experience. Thinking as a designer changes the way design solutions, I adapt my approach to any project. I develop projects with a meaningful customer experience in the top of mind. I leverage the research and experimentation phase to understand the needs of all stakeholders and consult on how to co-create the right solution, always with a build, test and learn mindset. I have an MBA in Design Thinking and I have explored many toolkits and tools, invented my own and facilitated a lot. Tools will change, the mindset of focusing in people, won\'t. I’m a generalist, I can lead teams, develop the strategy, research, define, test and learn the experience and the graphic & interactive design. I can understand cultural differences. I have lived in 4 different countries and speak 3 languages, worked with people from different socioeconomic status, thus I understand different people and cultures.
