ABOUT ISABELA HOFF

Passionate about international and intercultural management, with a strong interest in intercultural issues, education, migration policies, and international law. These interests have guided my academic and professional journey, shaping my career path and goals. With a Master\'s in International Studies, Law, and International Organizations from the University of Montreal and a Law degree from Centro Universitario de Brasilia, I bring a strong foundation to my current role. As a Global Mobility & Immigration Coordinator at WSP, I\'m responsible for orchestrating global mobility and immigration processes, facilitating smooth operations for our international talent. My prior experience as a Project Manager at Université de Montréal involved spearheading recruitment initiatives, managing administrative efficiencies, and collaborating with various departments and external groups to ensure the success of our programs. Excited to continue working in global mobility and looking for international opportunities. My goal is to help facilitate seamless international assignments and support the global workforce, making transitions as smooth as possible and fostering intercultural integration.
