ABOUT ISABELA R.
I have been working in schools for more than fourteen years, twelve of them in international schools that follow the IB programme.As the Director of Inclusion, I oversee and guide the work at the REACH Centre, always aiming to work collaboratively with all members of the team. I oversee the development of English as an Additional Language (EAL) students and Neurodivergent (ND) students.Our goal is to make sure all students reach their full potential by ensuring they receive the right support to thrive.I have a major in Psychology, one post-graduation course in educational psychology (\"psicopedagogia\" in Portuguese), and another one in neuropsychology. Both courses helped me to comprehend the diagnosis of my students and how to better support them according to their specific needs.The most rewarding outcome of my job is to see pupils learning how to deal with their specifities and understanding we are all singular in our differences.
