As an AI Intern at FOREO, I’m currently contributing to the development and optimisation of AI solutions with a focus on real-world applications in skincare and digital well-being. This includes working on advanced Python-based projects in collaboration with an international team, exploring open-source frameworks, and applying techniques in generative AI, LLM/SLM development, causal inference, and edge AI.This role has challenged me to independently research complex topics, experiment with different optimisation strategies, and adapt rapidly to new technologies while forecasting technical needs.Over the coming weeks, I expect to dive deeper into integrating AI models into app environments and further refine our pipeline for more scalable, responsible, and efficient outcomes.
