Hi, I\'m Isa! I’m a forth-year student at Northeastern University majoring in Psychology and Business Administration, with concentrations in International Business and Management. I bring a unique blend of experience in human resources, leadership development, research, and event and project management — all grounded in a passion for making people-centered systems more inclusive, effective, and engaging.On campus, I’ve worked across Admissions (as a Husky Ambassador, Training Co-Chair, and Programming Committee member), Leadership Development (as both a participant and facilitator with LEAD360), and Student Life (as a Program Assistant and Fitness Center Worker). These roles have sharpened my communication, coordination, and mentoring skills — while also deepening my commitment to equity and access in educational and organizational spaces.I’m especially excited by roles in Project Management, HR, and Organizational Development that allow me to grow while helping others do the same.
