Improved communication between the APM and business teams by creating and distributing a quarterly Senior Leadership report with a high-level overview of Application Inventory Insights, Application Certification Status, and Outstanding Application Tasks. • Improved company resource allocation by coding a reporting program to identify the unique platform servers each Business Application uses. Previously, the accounting department reports would identify all platform servers without filtering out duplicates, which skewed the proper appropriation of funds to each Business Application. • Coded a calculated column that measures Business Application Record completeness which allows stakeholders to see at a glance how many expected fields have not been completed, and by extension, which applications need additional attention. • Responsible for creating and distributing a monthly newsletter to Business and IT stakeholders with APM Team announcements relevant to them as well as training tips for ServiceNow. • Work with Advisors to review and interpret data results and develop them into written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.
