ABOUT ISABEL IZZY RAWLINGS
I am a second-year master’s student in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology, with an expected graduation in December 2026. I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Sport Management from Rice University in May 2024.I competed as a Division I volleyball athlete at both Rice University and the University of Denver, experiences that shaped my interest in the mental, emotional, and interpersonal demands of high-performance sport.I am passionate about working with individuals and teams to enhance performance, develop effective leadership, and intentionally build healthy team cultures. I am especially drawn to roles that emphasize growth, connection, and sustainable performance.
