In my role as the Director of Quality and Compliance, my responsibilities have included:• Develop and implement both short- and long-term quality strategies that align with corporate objectives and enhance visibility for executives. Focus on embedding quality, safety, and regulatory excellence across worldwide operations.• Lead and cultivate global cross-functional quality teams, ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, UL, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ATEX regulations.• Enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) by reducing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) cycle times, improving first-pass yield, and maintaining sustained process capability (Cpk).
