My purpuse is clear: to make a difference in people\'s lives - customers, friends, family or coworkersI am a master Solution Architect with 26+ years of experience designing complex business critical architectures across multiple countries and cultures (North America and Europe). My present focus is SAP workloads. Previously I have covered a broader spectrum, ranging from newer technologies like cloud ERP, to more traditional UNIX systems in High Availability. This variety of cultural exposure and responsibilities has provided me not only with the technical skillset but also with the ability to communicate the business value and to be considered a trusted advisor.I love sharing my knowledge via articles, training, presentations, coaching and mentoring.I firmly believe that you need to take control of our own career and proactively pursue your goals. Training and staying up to date is paramount. Eventually, dots will connect.On the personal side, I have always been interesting in health and wellness, which lead me to get certified as a Holistic Nutrition Coach, and Health and Wellness Coach, by American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).Recently, I have joined the HPE Advanced Coaches network to help other HPE members in areas of their career and work-life balance. My goal is to blend my multi-cultural carreer experience with my training as Wellness Coach, to help others achieve their goals.
