ABOUT ISABEL LOUDON

Experienced in commercial contracts with extensive litigation experience, engaged in a leading pharmaceutical company’s dynamic environment. I am passionate about navigating the intersection of law and the evolving Life Sciences sector. I have gained experience in a wide array of legal and commercial matters. These range from contract negotiations, fundamental business decision-making, intellectual property and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. During my training I have completed one internal corporate secondment and one external cyber litigation secondment within Stephenson Harwood\'s Cyber, Data and Technology team. My role enables me to work closely with cross-functional teams, advising on legal risks, opportunities, and the evolving regulatory landscape that impacts the pharmaceutical sector, with a particular focus on the impacts of emerging technologies. I am committed to helping the organisation achieve its business goals while ensuring adherence to legal standards and ethical practices. I bring a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen understanding of the complexities involved in advising a leading pharmaceutical company. As I continue to grow both personally and professionally, my goal is to contribute to innovative solutions that drive success while safeguarding the company’s interests and reputation. I will do this whilst developing my ability to evidence the core solicitor competencies.
