I help business owners sort out their thinking and options on both day to day and longer term issues challenging them and their business. The result is financial growth. WHO I HELP Individuals and teams who need support and an objective viewpoint on what they are doing. I work with people who want to be confident they are moving in the direction they want. I like working with people who are passionate and curious about what could be improved in marketing and planning and that will enhance personal satisfaction and profits. HOW I HELP INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES REACH BUSINESS GOALS I work with business owners to clarify their vision, goals and options. I help owners face up to challenges and overcome frustrations. I do this by being a confidential skilled sounding board, being supportive and challenging and always keeping the business owner “in charge”. Together we build confidence and commitment to achieve the success the individual (or team) wants. MY STORY Business clients, in all kinds of sectors, have benefitted from coaching with me over the last 16 years. I use tried and tested tools that help people clarify what it is they want. I have been consistently helping with decision - making, time prioritization and management, conflict resolution, business planning. I help people see the big picture and the stepping stones needed to create it. At The Real Business Club, of which I was co founder, my advice and support helped business owners get the “nuts and bolts” right.
