Work alongside Operations and Engineering teams to support safe and efficient mining, refining, and production of phosphate- Responsibilities include: process monitoring to ensure production, troubleshooting operational challenges, and hands-on problem solving in a large scale industrial setting- I have gained valuable knowledge in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) such as 5-Whys, SOCLs (Safe Operating Control Limits, Alarm Management, Management of Change (MOC), AVEVA PI Vision, OPIS, PSM (Process Safety Management), and so much more- I have learned the entire process of producing phosphate (including Hemi, Evap, LoMag, Purification, Sulfuric Acid, etc.)- I have been trained in MOSHA, Level 1 and 2 Ammonia Awareness and Safety, and Phosphate Site Specific trainings.
