I’ve always been fascinated by people’s career stories, those chance events, gut decisions, twists and turns, and moments of joy.It’s no surprise, then, that my work revolves around helping others navigate their careers, whether through coaching, workshops facilitation, or educational development.AS A CERTIFIED COACH As an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I support people in crafting careers that bring them joy and meaning. Clients often come to me when they\'re:• Grappling with perfectionism or imposter “syndrome.”• Overwhelmed and having trouble acting on their priorities.• Unsure about how to move forward in their current role or whether to transition to something new.Together, we build clarity, direction, and momentum. AS AN ICF MENTOR COACHI provide one-to-one mentor coaching for coaches pursuing their ICF ACC or PCC credential, renewal, or ongoing professional development. Coaches often come to me when they\'re:• Deepening their coaching skills in preparation for an ACC or PCC assessment or renewal.• Seeking strengths-based feedback grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers.• Looking for a supportive thought partner who understands both the markers and real-world coaching practice.Together, we focus on growth that strengthens confidence, competence, and alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.AS A WORKSHOP FACILITATORI design and facilitate workshops to help individuals and teams gain clarity and focus in their careers. My workshops focus on:• Strengths-based development: Including CliftonStrengths sessions to help participants identify and apply their unique strengths.• Career planning and career wellness These sessions are ideal for organizations that want to provide useful professional development to their members.AS AN EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPERI work with post-secondary instructors (tenure track faculty and contract faculty) to support their career journeys as educators.
