Negotiated contracts with clients, vendors and contractors; managed budgets; and developed product. • Authored a blog on VFX leadership and pipelines, “The Art of CG Supervision” • Built strong outward relationships; developed budgeting and bidding systems; consulted with vendors and clients to develop new technologies • Developed tracking systems and quality assurance for VFX and MGFX artists and producers to insure high-quality deliveries. • Mentored artists worldwide working in CGI, paint, animation, and compositing.
