ABOUT ISAAC RODRIGUEZ
I am an engineer, entrepreneur, inventor, and translational science executive advancing regenerative medicine and high-performance biomaterial platforms from scientific discovery to global commercialization. As Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer of SweetBio, I set enterprise-level scientific strategy across platform innovation, regulatory architecture, intellectual property, manufacturing integration, marketing alignment, investor communications, and clinical evidence generation for advanced wound technologies.Following my doctoral training, I co-invented the patented honey-based biomaterial platform that underpins SweetBio’s product portfolio. My work centers on scalable biomaterial design, translational pipeline acceleration, and disciplined FDA-aligned development pathways that position regenerative technologies for global device integration and market expansion.My scientific work has been cited more than 1,600 times in peer-reviewed literature.
