ABOUT ISAAC PACHECO

I’m a senior at Augustana College majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Business Intelligence, with a minor in Economics. I work in the financial services industry as a Retail Banker, where I handle daily branch operations and focus on delivering attentive, professional client service. I’m interested in pursuing roles across accounting, financial services, and technology.My experience spans multiple areas:• Volunteered with VITA and in-school programs, helping low-income and (F1) students file their taxes.• Analyzed affordable housing investments through Arc70 Capital by building cash flow models and evaluating LIHTC transactions.• Contributed to a nonprofit consulting project through PwC, advising on fundraising metrics, reporting systems, and communication strategies.• Consulted for the Colorado Soccer Foundation to improve operational data tracking, financial workflows, and scheduling.I began my time at Augustana as a student-athlete on the varsity men’s volleyball team. After stepping away from competition, I transitioned into an assistant coaching role, managing team operations, supporting players, and leading content creation. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and planning skills.Outside of school and work, I enjoy running and calisthenics, which help me stay disciplined and focused. I also take on independent consulting projects aimed at helping small businesses and nonprofits thrive, intending to drive sustainable growth and a lasting positive impact in their communities and beyond.I’m always open to connecting with professionals who value initiative, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to impact.
