Administrative tasks include scheduling events, planning public golf leagues, and sending communication emails to customers, members, and staff. Act as a liaison between the two entities, TriGolf and the First Tee – Triangle. Ensure all spaces are properly set up for daily use and special events hosted at TriGolf. Streamline golf leagues and events from inception to execution. Recruit, interview, hire, and train part-time staff for various roles at TriGolf. Work daily in our point-of-sale software to analyze recent trends and create spreadsheets to identify opportunities to increase revenue. Manage invoices for groups renting our facility for birthday parties, work functions, or daily use. Answer the company phone and address all questions and complaints. Assist in editing our webpage, trigolf.org.
