ABOUT ISAAC D.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, narrative identity, and human judgement. I’m interested less in optimisation or quick fixes, and more in how people and systems can develop and grow sustainably, with integrity, over time.I operate from the view that some of our most undervalued capacities are the ability to think carefully, stay curious under pressure, and hold complexity without rushing to false certainty. Values at the centre of my work are real connection, active compassion, and deep listening.I’m the owner of Logos Coaching, an early-stage, meaning-based coaching practice and learning lab, exploring how people and organisations make sense of identity, responsibility, and change. Logos comes from the Greek word for meaning. My work is influenced by logotherapy, narrative psychology, and humanistic coaching. At its core is a simple idea: people don’t just need answers, they need orientation, authorship, and responsibility without losing themselves. AREAS OF WORK🧭 Personal Coaching and Identity TransitionsI work with individuals navigating uncertainty, adversity, or identity shifts. I don’t offer formulas or frameworks, but create space for reflection, discovery, and clearer judgement so people can act in line with what genuinely matters to them. Leadership, Failure, and Decision MakingMuch of my work explores failure, responsibility, and leadership under pressure. I support leaders in making sense of setbacks, rebuilding trust, and developing the capacity to make grounded decisions when outcomes are unclear. Speaking, Conversations, and Narrative WorkI speak and host conversations around meaning, identity, and human change. My talks and podcasts focus on the stories people live inside, how those stories shape behaviour, and what happens when they stop serving us.🤝 Social Impact and Partnership WorkI collaborate with charities and mission-led organisations on projects that centre human dignity, values, and long-term impact. The focus is always practical. What changes behaviour, relationships, and responsibility in the real world.I’m interested in how people:• Stay human under pressure.• Make decisions they can stand behind.• Take responsibility without losing compassion.• Build lives and work that hold together over time.At this stage, Logos Coaching is not about scale. It’s about learning, meaning and contribution. If you want to know more, you can: Connect with me Book a free consultation Ask me about speaking and collaborations Read my blog or check out my work
