ABOUT ISAAC AKIVA

Ballet to business school. Pirouettes to PowerPoints. I have a unique journey and I’m embracing it with all the vigor I brought to the stage. For the past fifteen years, I’ve been a professional ballet dancer with the Boston Ballet. Inspired by the business executives that I worked closely with on Boston Ballet’s DEI committee, I’m now stepping off the stage and into the MBA classroom. Collaborating with hundreds of internationally recognized artists in bringing creative visions to the stage has taught me that • The pursuit of excellence is critical for success • Challenges are gateways to innovation • Setbacks are opportunities to refocus For my second career, I’m ready to deploy my work ethic and skills in a new, but equally dynamic environment. I’m passionate about helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential and using creativity to solve both big and small problems. During the next 6 months, I’ll be looking into internships for summer 25’. Industries that are of interest to me are strategy consulting, real estate development, and product management.
