ABOUT ISAAC WHEELER
Isaac Wheeler is the co-head of the Sullivan & Cromwell\'s Tax Group. He represents a wide range of clients, including financial institutions and other multinational corporations, asset managers, real estate developers, and private individuals. Mr. Wheeler works on a broad range of Federal and State tax matters, advising both domestic and international clients, and works on tax equity, private equity, M&A, real estate, joint venture, hedge fund and partnership transactions.
